Youll maintain a clean organized line with properly functioning line equipment. Youll be on your feet working while clocked in unless on break. See more details below and apply today.WHAT YOULL DOIn addition to following Chipotles policies and procedures principal responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Food QualityMaking sure great tasting high quality food is servedResolving food quality issuesManaging food safety which includes: Ensuring hand washing and glove changes monitoring time and temperature on the line monitoring secondary shelf lives and enforcing the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and proceduresCustomer InteractionResolving customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiencesTeam ManagementManaging crew breaks shift changes shift meetings and line schedulesDeveloping and cross-training all front of house Crew. Assisting with Crew performance reviews and the resolution of performance issuesTraining and developing future Service ManagersOffice AdministrationAssisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking cash handling policies and responsibilities and office paperworkOverseeing office equipment and making sure office supplies are ordered as necessaryEnsuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as neededTroubleshooting back of house computers and POS systemMiscellaneousEnsuring the line and reach-in cooler are organized and cleanManaging daily and weekly cleaning of the line dining room restrooms and patioAssisting with the execution of marketing promotionsWHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TABLEChipotle Crew member and/or Kitchen Manager experienceAbility to understand and articulate Chipotles Food With Integrity philosophyKnowledge and experience of cash handling policies and proceduresKnowledge of Food Safety and health department mattersPrior office paperwork management experienceAbility to speak write read and understand the primary language(s) of the work locationA high school diplomaRestaurant experienceABOUT CHIPOTLEChipotle Mexican Grill Inc.
