The ideal Bookkeeper candidate will have a take-charge mentality preferably 5+ years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and a desire to have an impact on this close-knit family friendly company. Youll wear many hats in this role with diverse duties and responsibility including handling the day-to-day bookkeeping office management and administrative tasks occasionally assist with client and customer inquiries and will work closely with the CFO and General Manager. We cant wait to meet you!What youll be doing every day:Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Invoicing and collecting paymentsCreate cash account journal entries including loans taxes bank fees etc.Assist with office administration including answering calls maintaining office supplies and equipmentAssist with Inventory Management Administer monthly accounting closeKeep sales tax records and create and file quarterly paymentsProficient in credit card management and reconciliationSpecial projects as requestedRequirements 5+ years Full Charge Bookkeeping experience is highly desired-Industry experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction is a big plus!Inventory planning and reporting would be prioritizedGeneral familiarity with Sales Tax would be prioritized but not requiredComprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)Microsoft Excel experience highly preferredStrong knowledge of QuickBooks is a mustExperience in account reconciliation A/P A/RExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent and to thrive in a dynamic high-pressure environmentDemonstrated ability to implement solutions strong analytical and communication skills as wellSelf managed with a can-do attitude will go far here!Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
