Description Summary: Reporting to the US Controller (situated in the Philadelphia office) the Accounting Services Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the transactional areas of the finance function to help the company become effective as operations continue to scale. The company far along in phase 1 of an SAP implementation and this position will be highly visible in the roll-out and utilization of that system. Hybrid work schedule is available.Perform and manage day-to-day full cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.Review payable accounts to ensure that information is properly recorded and the records contain appropriate authorization for payment.Maintain vendor records and manage preparation of Form 1099s.Maintain electronic vendors and payable records and filing system.As part of the Accounting team you will help build and update policies templates workflows and processes around accounts payable activities Perform duties and produce reports around cash management including reconciliations cash forecasting and daily cash reports.Review and understanding of payroll process to increase utilization of payroll reporting and transactions within ERP.Develop utilization of SAP with US Controller and other team members.Works with cross-functional areas to identify and implement continuous process improvements in reports process and procedures by establishing and maintaining high quality assurance standards and timeliness of the internal financial reporting.Provide oversight and development guidance to other team members.Implement document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls and processes for accurate reporting.Other activities as assigned by the US Controller.Requirements 3 plus years of experience working in a combination of Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and other highly transactional areas.Skilled in using technology and ERPs to effectively scale business processes.Experience with SAP is highly encouraged.Adaptability while working in a fast changing and evolving organization.Highly effective communication skills and relationship building.High level of proficiency with Excel and other MS Office products.Highest level of accuracy and integrity.Strong organization and time management.Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
