This role is an essential component of our rapidly growing organization. The Sales Director position primarily focuses on developing and implementing sales strategy and effectively producing new revenue to create maximum opportunity for our product. The success of this role is dependent upon the ability to successfully implement a strategy that helps meet and exceed company new sales goals and expectations.Responsibilities:Generate new sales qualified leads and business opportunities to drive pipeline growth Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting lead follow up and networking Generate new opportunities from inbound leads and from outbound prospecting initiatives Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goalsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Previous experience in the PBM and/or data/analytics industries3 or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industryProven sales experience meeting or exceeding targetsProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel and typical online applicationsProven professional experience with regulatory compliance and requirements including HIPAAAbout Xevant:Our team of experts have been delivering healthcare client management repricing savings and client optimization for over 20 years.
