Description We are aiming to find a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client. In this Full Charge Bookkeeper position you will regulate journal entries month-end close cash flow financial statement preparation audit full cycle A/P payroll and bank reconciliations. The Full Charge Bookkeeper might also govern the clerical staff. You might be a qualified candidate for this Bookkeeper role if you are a self-driven and organized accounting professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Greensboro North Carolina area.Major responsibilitiesRegister budget transfersBusiness license and gross receipts summarizingDirect Accounts ReceivableFile cash flow projections as neededArrange sales tax records and create and file quarterly paymentsReady monthly reconciliations financial statements and all supporting documentsAdditional special projects if necessarySkilled in credit card management and reconciliationDraw up subcontractor 1099s and any other IRS year-end requirementAdminister monthly accounting closeFashion cash account journal entries including loans taxes bank fees 401(k) deductions etc.Administrate Accounts Payable Requirements - Prior accounting experience including as a Bookkeeper preferredCommitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlinesBA/BS in Accounting Finance Economics or other business-related field preferredProven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills3+ years of related experience- Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasksTakes action on items beyond formal job responsibilitiesGreat attention to detailComprehensive knowledge of QuickBooksKnowledge of Payroll Tax ReturnsMonthly Financial Statements experienceFoundational knowledge in Bank Account ReconciliationAbility to thrive in a dynamic high pressure environment to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
