For immediate consideration contact Mariesha Rooks at 916-245-6762.Major responsibilitiesFull cycle accountingAccomplished in credit card management and reconciliationAccounts ReceivableProduce cash account journal entriesForm monthly reconciliations financial statements and all supporting documentsDocument budget transfersHandle monthly accounting closeAssemble subcontractor 1099s and any other IRS year-end requirementSustain Accounts PayableExtra unique tasks if requiredRequirements 5+ years of related experience- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlinesBA/BS in Accounting or FinanceSelf-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challengesExcellent written verbal and social communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsDetailed and have the ability work independentlyCrucial accounting experience including as a Bookkeeper preferredProven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skillsProven knowledge of timeslipsFoundational knowledge in Accounting EntriesExpertise in Accounts Payable (AP)GAAP Accounting experienceGeneral familiarity with Microsoft ExcelWell-founded grasp of QuickBooksSolid understanding of full charge bookkeepingProficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
