Description Collate and distribute monthly draft invoices assist with client billing and issue invoices to clientsNew project set-up and database management (i.e. input monthly in-house logs contract research and tracking assist in special projects and research)Prepare final invoice package containing draft and final invoices for all billable projectsMaintain the billing folders for all projects with all the appropriate documents including expenses consultant invoices and monthly invoicesWork with the cash receipts team member to reconcile variances that occur in the application of cashGenerate and distribute bi-monthly receivables reports and monthly profitability reportsRequirements 1+ years of experience in accounting (AP/AR/billing)Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related fieldAble to work under pressureStrong written and communication skills (will be reading contracts & working with project managers)Good personalityDeltek Vision/Vantagepoint nice to haveRobert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
