Take advantage of this opportunity with Robert Half and apply today!Key responsibilitiesUse knowledge of expenditure codes and accounting codes to accurately code documentsReconcile discrepancies and prepare correction documents as needed by checking all possible sources of disagreement reconstructing probable actions and recognizing the effect on other accountsComplete other related duties and assist with special projects as neededPost financial information to journals and ledgersHelp with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing and other general accounting projectsSupport Accounts Receivable by processing daily invoices/credit applying cash receipts and helping with collection of past due balancesHandle accounts payable tasks: vendor invoices and disbursement filing A/P invoice matching & filingProduce statements and reports using a variety of sources Requirements - 2+ years of accounting experience requiredAbility to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgroundsAA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferredExcellent data entry skillsBank reconciliations experience highly desiredStrong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)Process Bi-weekly Payroll experienceBank Account Reconciliation experience preferredKnowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)Spreadsheet and ERP system experience suggested Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
