Mid-Level Procurement AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyJob ID:00000347053Date Posted:2022-11-02-07:00Location:USA - Tukwila WAJob Description Qualifications:Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Tukwila Washington.Position Responsibilities:Defines designs plans and deploys internal/external projects.Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.Extracts analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.Develops documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.Supports the development and implementation of strategies.Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.Distributes updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.Develops risk mitigation plan.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location.This position is for 1st shift.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)More than 3 years of experience working with analytics data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendationsMore than 3 years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplinesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higher.Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business unitsExperience with Supply Chain Systems and ToolsExperience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processesTypical Education/Experience:Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
