What you can expect at FedEx Ground: * * Fast paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out? * Warehouse duties include loading unloading and sorting of packages of various sizes. * Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts. * Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. * Overtime paid after 40 hours a week. * Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities. *SEASONAL POSITIONS ONLY starting 11/1/22 with potential to stay on permanently Up to $21.50/hr Certain conditions apply: **Earn an extra $2/hour from 11/6/22 through 12/31/22 for overnight/early morning shifts **Earn an additional $2/hour for working between the hours of 10pm on Fridays to 10am on Mondays for overnight/early morning shifts; 11/4/22- 12/26/22 –Package Handlers will receive a competitive hourly base rate –Potential for additional shift differentials and surge rates based on volume. –Flexible schedule offerings operating 7 days per week. –Shift days and times below are subject to change.
