Description Robert Half is partnering with a client on the Northshore that is searching for an Accounting Specialist to join their team. This candidate will assist the Accounting Manager in support of duties for weekly and month-end processes. Requirements Qualifications:2-3 years of accounting experienceExperience with full charge bookkeeping including payroll reconciliations accounts receivable and accounts payableProficient in ExcelExperience working in ADP a plusResponsibilities:Assists in entering balancing and reconciling GL accountsHourly payroll timecard processing every two weeksAssisting with sales tax filings accounts receivables accounts payables and fixed assetsPerform data entry relative to designated accountsFor confidential consideration please contact Brittany Riera at 504-383-0781.
