Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant will report to the Senior Managing Paralegal and will work closely with labor employment law attorneys paralegals and staff along with colleagues in other designated business units and third parties.Position Summary:The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to 3-4 attorneys and paralegals in the labor and employment segment of the Legal Department. General duties include answering and log incoming calls greeting visitors; processing incoming mail; scheduling and maintaining appointment calendars meetings and conference calls; booking travel arrangements and processing expense reports; independently preparing robust PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets; providing back-up support for other team members in the legal department as needed.Other duties include opening new matters in an electronic billing system; timely and accurately triaging and assigning legal matters to internal stakeholders and legal counsel; assisting with case management throughout the life of the case; independently preparing maintaining and transmitting litigation hold notices; gathering paper and electronic records; creating reports; and performing other administrative duties as requested.The successful candidate will be required to work from the Companys offices and may be permitted to work a hybrid work-from-home schedule from time-to-time when deemed appropriate.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 18.50Maximum: 33.65Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
