Job DescriptionCandidate must be local to the area to be considered for the position. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility. No weekends holidays or travel will be required.Accounts Payable Coordinator Position This position will be responsible for all administrative functions within Accounts Payable. This team member will work closely with the Merchandise Accounts Payable Expense Processing AP Control Teams and Ariba Compliance teams.Job Responsibilities: Merchandise Payables:Not part of Transformation Worko Mail Sorting and Review/Action CVS retained responsibilityo Bankruptcies/levieso Supplier Holds thru merchandisingo Approving vendor portal access o Resetting 2 Factor for AP Vendor Portal o Granting ImageSilo access o Debit balance movements Should go to GP but will take focus from disputes o Returned ACH issueso Return checks and address updateso Updating the unvouchered database o Reviewing new Stibo supplierso Reviewing Stibo Enhancements Address changes Banking info/approval Terms update Answering Stibo questions Linking Vendors GP Team is performing however CVS Team receives emails/escalationso Voiding/reissuing check o Portal password resetso Portal questions AP Expense:o Mail Sort: Identify where to send generally have 5-10 different groups we can determine and route to Identify checks - either duplicate payment unidentified payment received o Verifying compact journals: Daily check in processors folderso Audit deliverables: Look for the selected entries that were made which are saved in a shared drive and provide as requested AP Control:o Mail Sort: Returned Checks: Incorrect address corrections and determine where to send Identify voids voids with reissue and process in system(s) o PBM Positive Pay: Research and then process approval or rejectiono PBM Stop Payments at Bank: o PBM Validation Reports: Calculate all payment run totals for accuracyo PBM Vendor Maintenance (ACH) Audit: - Highly organized and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to handle a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracyPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.16Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
