These engineers will support the development and integration of the Verification and Validation digital thread for future airplane programs. They will support new and novel approaches to test program planning with value stream peers and program leaders. They will enable flight and lab test execution by supporting current business processes and innovating them for efficiency.Our organization is looking to hire Mid-Level or Senior Test Program Integration Engineers.Position Responsibilities:Supports the development and verification of test methodsDevelops detailed test procedures and instrumentation and configuration definition needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test planImplements solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impactDesigns test hardware software and systems to achieve test requirementsUses analytical tools to verify the designAnalyzes processes and formats data to customer requirementsReviews test data including off-nominal data for accuracy quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customerPrepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirementsPresents test results internallyArchives data and reportsTrains othersWorks under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a “US Person†as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person†includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry3+ years of experience in test processes3+ years of experience in collaboration and working across teamsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTypical Education/Experience: Mid-Level (Level 3)Bachelors degree and typically 5 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a Masters degree with typically 3 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.Bachelor Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.Senior (Level 4)Bachelors degree and typically 9 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a Masters degree with typically 7 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years experience in an engineering classification.Bachelor Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry.
