Description With an immediate opening available for a diligent strong Finance Project Manager Robert Halfs elite client is seeking an individual who is eager to work for a growing industry-leading company. In this position you will drive automation maintenance configuration and infrastructure improvements for the organization in the areas of Treasury Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable and other initiatives within the firms enterprise system environment. This is a results-oriented highly visible role in direct interaction and partnership with IT HR and ERP senior leadership and colleagues. Located in the Farmington Hills Michigan area this Finance Project Manager position would be on a permanent basis.ResponsibilitiesStrategize with IT system support groups and finance leaders to identify and roadmap project needsWork hand-in-hand with IT and other system support groups at all phases of projectEvaluate solutions and present business cases to executive leadershipWork within appropriate internal controls and project governanceAdhere to project time and monetary budgetsSupport or lead the design and execution of the implementation process including business requirement gathering process documentation and solutions designImplement change management strategies ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new processActively pursue and maintain knowledge around industry innovations and best practicesRequirements - Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities5+ years of recent relevant financial experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindsetBachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or equivalent degree and/or experienceWorking knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuableInternal Control experience preferredInfrastructure Projects experienceStrong familiarity with change managementProject Governance experience highly desiredInfrastructure Automation experience desiredProven knowledge of Design ThinkingAdvanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferredCreative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
