Description We have an opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with an immediate start date to direct bank reconciliations journal entries month-end close cash flow financial statement preparation audit clerical staff full cycle A/P and payroll. Apply for this position today!How you will make an impactMaintain monthly accounting closeOther special projects as requestedReady subcontractor 1099s and any other IRS year-end requirementAssemble cash account journal entries including loans taxes bank fees 401(k) deductions etc.Catalog budget transfersUpdate Accounts PayableCategorize sales tax records and create and file quarterly paymentsCredit Card management and reconciliationBusiness license and gross receipts coverageOversee Accounts ReceivableAssemble monthly reconciliations financial statements and all supporting documentsPrepare cash flow projections as needed Requirements - Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well5+ years of related experience- Ability to meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailNotable accounting experience including as a Bookkeeper preferredBA/BS in Accounting Finance Economics or other business-related field preferredGeneral ledger experienceAccounts Payable (AP) experience requiredGeneral familiarity with fixed assetsFull charge bookkeeping experience highly preferredAdeptness in Prepare Trial BalanceStrong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)Quickbooks Online experienceDemonstrated knowledge of month end closingsEarlier work involving bookkeepingBackground working with Full Charge BookkeepingPractical knowledge of Process PayrollExperience with bank reconciliationsComfortable working in a changing and dynamic environmentStrong organization skillsProven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
