In this role the program manager will be responsible for developing and executing project plans focused on the curation and delivery of development and learning solutions for new and transitioning managers in the organization.Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is the centrally-managed test and evaluation organization of The Boeing Company. BT&E verifies and validates the companys products and services ensuring they operate as designed and meet the rigorous requirements of regulatory agencies and Boeing customers. BT&E employs approximately 4000 employees with lab and flight operations at more than 45 sites in 22 states India and the United Kingdom. Our unique work statement spans across multiple business units and a large variety of commercial and military products.This role will have the opportunity to partner with leaders across our organization and our executive leadership team.Position Responsibilities: Manage program and project plans including deliverables schedule resources and risk issues and opportunities associated with the development of a holistic approach to developing new and transitioning managers.Curate and execute learning solutions for new/transitioning managersLeverage your Boeing knowledge and network to connect BT&E stakeholders with existing enterprise contentCollaborate with educational specialists across the enterprise and incorporate best practicesCreate and manage a system of course completion accountability in accordance with approved on-boarding timelinesCreate and manage opportunities senior leader engagement sessions (aka Leaders Teaching Leaders)Create content and coordinate facilitated ad-hoc sessions across widely-dispersed geographic BT&E locationsCoordinate and catalogue the recording of facilitated sessions for future trainingsImplement methods for receiving course feedback in order to update course material for future improvementsManage cross-functional resources in an integrated product team environmentEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.This position allows telecommuting. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):3+ years as a Boeing manager3+ years leading complex organizational projects and initiativesExperience applying the Program Management Best PracticesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):Experience in Boeing Test & EvaluationExperience leading cross-functional teams in an integrated product team (IPT) environmentExperience in skill and/or professional developmentExperience in learning designExperience facilitating large virtual and in-person trainingsRelocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
