Company :Highmark HealthJob Description :JOB SUMMARYThis job assumes responsibility of operational support for enterprise contingent workforce solutions working directly with hiring managers technology procurement and human resources. Ensure day-to-day oversight and management of the team. Will meet internal and external performance expectations outlined in the service level agreement (SLA) contract or other documents that govern our area.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerform management responsibilities to include but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions coaching and development rewards and recognition performance management and staff productivity.Plan organize staff direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.Oversee the performance of contingent workforce operations and quality of work.Plan manage and oversee all operational support of third party contingent workforce support working directly with Managed Services Provider (MSP) Vendor Management System (VMS) partners to ensure performance is meeting our expectations and issues are triaged in a timely fashion for delivering business staffing needs.Deliver executive and company wide reporting of operations team agreement metrics (Day 1 productivity TAT and Quality).Ensure accurate timely and complete reports for operational and performance metrics related to functional administration.
