The agency may terminate or modify the telecommuting arrangement at any time.Description Kentucky Public Pensions Authority (KPPA) is currently seeking a Legal Secretary in its Office of LegalServices Division of Non-Advocacy. Located in Frankfort Kentucky KPPA is responsible for the dailyadministration of three state administered retirement systems with over $23 billion in combined assets. Thesesystems have a membership of approximately 400000 state and local government employees in the Commonwealth ofKentucky including state employees state police officers city and county employees as well as non-teachingstaff of local school boards and regional universities.The KPPA Office of Legal Services Division of Non-Advocacy offers an opportunity to work closely with a teamof skilled litigators and support staff in a collegial environment that provides opportunity for growth andcareer advancement.Key Responsibilities: Review and respond to requests for reemployment after retirement. Perform detailed clerical and administrative duties including support to attorneys in preparingediting processing and organizing legal documents. Review and respond to potential security breaches. Assist with preparing filing and tracking administrative regulations. Assist with tracking and responding to Open Records requests.
