Reviews outgoing correspondence for signature of supervisor for proper format conformance with procedural instructions grammar typographical accuracy and necessary attachments. Provides technical expertise and serves as point of contact for timekeeping ensuring accuracy in leave administration travel and training. Responsible for in-processing and clearing activities of staff to include but not limited to entering computer access requests coordinating schedules entering key requests sponsorship supply orders etc. Receives employees and visitors ascertaining the nature of their business supplying necessary information making appointments and/or directing them to the appropriate source within HAS or the Medical Center. Performs daily surveillance of various data and notifying appropriate administrative leads so that outliers are completed and resolved in a timely manner. Serves as primary or an alternate government purchase card holder and/or contracting representative. Obtains and monitors the use of services supplies or equipment for the service. Provides reports and information regarding clinic profile systems information on inactivation setups modifications delinquencies setting of parameters letters etc. Assists in development and coordination of initiatives and implementation of service strategic plan to promote and disseminate clinic profile management principles or other related projects. Delivers training such as scheduling administrative etc. as directed. Reviews analyzes implements conducts delivers and evaluates training courses and programs related to the national scheduling requirements and other training courses. Conducts and evaluates training needs assessments and provides input to the Service Chief on establishing and operating internal training programs developing or obtaining/purchasing training aids and selecting appropriate training resources. Takes responsibility and initiative sets and meets priorities follows through on commitments safeguards information and organizes and uses time and resources to achieve desired results. Must be able to pass the national scheduling training competency and exam within 120 days of employment. Must be eligible to receive and maintain a government purchase card..
