ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the procurement activities and inventory control for all components and hoses including warehouse inventory management. This role supports the Director of Supply Chain in the achievement of the team objectives and contributes to the planning and implementation of functional goals and the delivery of procurement/sourcing requirements. This position will work cross-functionally with all groups in the organization and will be responsible for supplier contract negotiation and relationship management for all aspects of parts sourcing.Implement sourcing/procurement strategies to support corporate objectives parts and component purchasing and warehouse management processManage all products in assigned procurement category including forecasting trend analysis and receivingAnalyze and maintain records of cost quality and supplier performance Effectively negotiate with suppliers identify new suppliers and identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining product quality Establish lead times re-order points and safety stock levels for inventory and replacement parts making sure JDE master data accurately reflects these parameters Evaluate and monitor inventory levels against current and forecasted demand propose changes and optimize availability cost and space align with KPI’s Correct and research preventive measures to correct any issues related to PO’s receiving billing cpc variances or vendor problems Maintain JDE Item Master for all parts components and assemblies ensuring items status and pricing are accurate Collaborate with engineering to establish and maintain documentation on components and bills of material. Develop an in-depth knowledge of NuCO2 equipment components and processes to support stakeholders in the operations and safety teams Collaborate with cross functional teams on the procurement and implementation of new products process improvements and purchasing support Oversee warehouse operations in Stuart Florida. Including but not limited to KPI tracking order fulfillment receiving cycle counting quarterly physical inventory counts supplier management and safety compliance QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of progressive procurement experienceAdvanced knowledge of procurement principles theories and processesSuperior negotiation skills and the proven ability to train and develop organizational capability in this skillExperience in building effective collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and suppliersAccounting knowledge with understanding of the financial impact within the Supply Chain roleAbility to monitor inventory and analyze performance results Sound business acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and operations quickly and thoroughly.
