SUMMARY OF JOB: The Business Intelligence Developer II role is responsible for the design development and deployment of Business Intelligence best practices and solutions. The Business Intelligence Developer II will develop BI solutions to support quality / financial / compliance / operational / and contracting processes. The BI Developer II will assist with the development of the BI strategy within the organization and collaborate with IT personnel. The BI Developer II will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Redeemer Health. The BI Developer II will also collaborate with C level management on various projects throughout the organization. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelors degree in IT Mathematics Statistics or Analytics with 3+ years of experience within a Managerial/Business environment · 3+ years working with RDBMS (MySql MS SQL Server etc.) · 2+ years of experience within a healthcare environment · 2+ years of ETL experience · 2+ years of programming experience (M DAX VBA SQL) · 2+ years with developing with a BI tool such as PowerBI QlikView etc. o Extremely familiar with Business Intelligence technology and up to date in the market of BI. · Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining monthly data requests as well as plan and prioritize workloads · Proven experience within gathering business and technical requirements modeling verifying and methodology of Business Intelligence. · Proven ability to work and communicate and deliver to C-Suite level management. · Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel (PowerQuery PowerPivot etc.) · Proven experience in consolidating disparate data sets into accessible readable and usable data. · Self-Starter with ability to take initiative and complete projects without constant supervision · Extremely proficient in query / software optimization techniques. · Ability to showcase and display previous work within the BI platform and demonstrate complete understanding of the field.
