Find your future with us.The USAF E-7 program is seeking a dynamic USAF E-7 Safety and Mission Assurance Manager to lead the System Safety and Mission Assurance teams responsible for the USAF E-7 program at our site in Tukwila WA.This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and airworthiness of the program across entire life cycle from conceptual development into design and test production and sustainment of the fielded aircraft. This individual will demonstrate the attributes of a Boeing manager leading teams and motivating people to work together.This position leads and manages a team of 8 employees at the Developmental Center site in Tukwila WA.Position Responsibilities:Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of System Safety and Mission AssuranceDevelop and execute project and process plans implement policies and procedures and set operational goalsAcquire resources for projects and processes provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvementsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reportsProvide oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processesEstablish and evaluate personnel performance; coach plan organize individuals; and oversee process/project/program activities and accreditation standardManage develop and motivate employeesThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
