What you can expect at FedEx Ground: * * Fast paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out? * Warehouse duties include loading unloading and sorting of packages of various sizes. * Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts. * Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. * Overtime paid after 40 hours a week. * Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities. **Any PT shift with us can be anywhere from 3-6 hours daily depending on the volume we receive each day. • Inbound - Approx. 1:00AM start time - UP TO $17.50 per hr – -5-day schedule determined by you -Part Time - permanent -Full Time - permanent -Seasonal Part Time - up to 12 week program (employment would end 1/14/23) -Seasonal Full Time - up to 12 week program (employment would end 1/14/23) • Outbound - Approx. 5:00PM start time - $16.00 per hr – -Monday-Friday -Part Time - permanent -Seasonal Part Time - up to 12 week program (employment would end 1/14/23) *Weekend Surge: From 11/25/22 -01/09/2023 any hours worked from Friday 10pm - Monday 10am will be given an additional $1 per hour* *6-Day Work Week Bonus : From 12/04/2022-12/31/2022 FT PHs can earn a bonus of $200 a week for working 42+ hours a week.
