Description Well established Non Profit organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable accountant to join their team!Responsibilities include: Follow up on delinquent accounts Prepare journal entries Respond and research requests regarding billings Maintain client admission discharge and transfer database Process billings through the Awards billing system Prepare monthly accounts receivable aging report Project monthly billing receipts estimates Perform monthly reconciliation analysis Monthly balances Accounts Receivable subsidiary ledger with the General Ledger Balance Provide necessary schedules and information required for the annual audits Maintain reports needed for annualsRequirements Associates degree in accounting minimum At least 3-5 years of experience in billing A/R or general accounting Understand the coding of all data to be entered into the accounting system.
