Description A growing company has an excellent opportunity for a collections professional. In this position you will research outstanding AR balances and past due balances for B2B & B2C accounts. Responsibilities Following up to ensure payments have been applied Support communicate reinforce and defend the mission values and culture of the organization Collections: contact existing clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans Handling customer & business contacts Determining if disputes have been resolvedThis is a permanent position.
