Youll get terrific benefits a wonderful work space/office and a dynamic team culture working with this company.Major responsibilitiesAccurately code documents with expenditure codes and accounting codesPerform general accounting tasks such as G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing and other ad hoc projectsSupport accounts payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing A/P invoice matching & filingReconcile discrepancies and prepare correction documents as needed by checking all possible sources of disagreement reconstructing probable actions and recognizing the effect on other accountsUtilize a number of sources to create statements and reportsSupport Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit apply cash receipt and help with collection of past due balancePost financial information to journals and ledgersPerform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned Requirements Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP systemAA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferredExperience with high volume data entryAccounts Receivable (AR) experienceUnderstanding of Sales TaxAccounts Payable (AP) experienceFoundational knowledge in Purchasing ActivitiesAbility to multitask collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environmentRobert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
