Submit your application today!ResponsibilitiesClassify sales tax records and create and file quarterly paymentsAdminister monthly accounting closeBusiness license and gross receipts reportingKeep a check on Accounts PayablePut subcontractor 1099s and any other IRS year-end requirements togetherForm monthly reconciliations financial statements and all supporting documentsOrganize cash account journal entries including loans taxes bank fees 401(k) deductions etc.Credit Card management and reconciliationOrganize cash flow projections as neededSupplementary assignments when necessaryCatalog budget transfersManage Accounts Receivable Requirements - General familiarity with benefits administrationBackground working with Check RunsBudgeting experience highly preferredDeep understanding of Adjusting Journal EntriesAccounts Payable (AP) experience desiredBalance Sheet Account Reconciliation experience highly desiredFoundational knowledge in back office supportPractical knowledge of bookkeepingAccounts Receivable (AR) experienceAdeptness in Bank DepositDemonstrated knowledge of Basic BookkeepingEarlier work involving Human Resources (HR) AdministrationGood understanding of QuickBooks ProAbility to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the companyStrong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlinesSelf-starter ability to identify issues and resolve problemsStrong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills3+ years of related experience- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a mustStrong attention to detailBA/BS in Accounting Finance Economics or other business-related field preferredProgressive accounting experience including as a Bookkeeper preferredAbility to work in a dynamic and changing environment Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
