Job DescriptionMaintains high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibilityEnsures organized and clean storage areas for all foodEnsures that all food items are properly handled and stored at the conclusion of the shift Properly rotates inventoryPrepares food according to specifications for breakfast lunch dinner and banquetsMaintains clean and orderly storage areas and product parsWork with manager to create specials and other menu variationsOther duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of High School education post-high school education preferredMinimum of 3 years in Cook roleKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelinesAble to work flexible hours and shiftsAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingTeam playerAbility to exceed expectations of guestsAbility to multi-taskJOB COMPETENCIES:Action-OrientedInformingCreativityComposureFunctional/Technical SkillsIntegrity/Trust
