Analyze the need for new office procedures independently determines the approach implements the process and informs the supervisor. Utilize various types of software which involve word processing presentations email file sharing calendars spreadsheets and databases. Manage organize and communicate internal administrative and functional procedures and tasks. Assists in making travel arrangements and reviews vouchers before submission for accuracy. Maintain accurate time and attendance records for the directorate personnel. Support directorate ordering and purchasing of supplies and track office budget expenditures. Prepare review and provide guidance on the preparation and formatting of documentation (correspondence awards reports) ensuring documents conform with existing regulations are accurate and are finalized within established timelines Serve as the primary contact for the Directors office and calendar.
