Assists in the supervision of all employees and works with the CS Manager to delegate tasks manage personnel and implement operational goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):Assist the store manager in all aspects of the stores operation to ensure business initiatives are being met.Enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean adequately stocked organized and well kept. Maintain quality brand image standards.Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive cpcd correctly and displayed in a safe manner. Provides customer service-related assistance such as assisting customers with selection and/or purchase and handling exchanges. Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Motivate encourage and challenge all team members of Agua Caliente Fuel ensuring excellent customer service.Supervise and train staff. Review staff performance and offer training and coaching as neededCollaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goalsComplete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.Implement Monthly promotions insure all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time.Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance Regulations and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls and Standard Operating Procedures.Supervisory Responsibilities Retail ClerksGas Station AttendantsAccess to Sensitive Areas and Information As per the ACGC Access Matrix.Signatory AbilityNoneQualificationsRequired Education and/or Experience5 years customer service cash handling and store experience including at least 2 years management experience. Must be 21 years of age.Must have a valid state Drivers License.Must have good mathematical skills.Must have strong computer skills.Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Working Conditions/Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee regularly is required to stand; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
