Position : Warehouse Worker 1st ShiftLocation : St. Albans VermontRequisition ID: : 17117General PurposeUnder supervision of the Production Supervisor load trucks maintain inventory locations clean warehouse room and perform any other activities as directed.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Safely operate a forklift including a standing forklift to load and unload trucks and move inventory from one location to anotherWill work closely with pack room operator to keep the pack room flowing.Perform routine machine adjustmentsAccurately maintain inventory records and paperworkAssist with monthly inventory counts year-end inventory counts and cycle counts as requiredAccurately maintain shipping paperworkAssist with powder sampling in accordance with U.S.D.A. guidelinesMaintain safe work habits wear personal protective equipment obey safety rules and overall contribute to a safe work environmentAttend required training including but not limited to GMPs HAACP SQF Safety etc.Follow all DFA GMPs and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory food safety quality and sanitation requirementsFirmly adhere to the values and ethics of DFA.
