Receives and organizes WIP finished goods and raw material inventory. Works in a safe accurate and productive manner to meet shipping and receiving deadlines. Daily Tasks: • Prepares daily shipments according to client specifications • Verifies shipments received match packing slips • Loads and unloads trailers • Completes training and maintains license for Forklift • Maintains inventory accuracy and resolves inventory discrepancies • Ensures deliveries get to appropriate department/recipient • Performs other job duties as assigned Requirements: • High school diploma or G.E.D. • Minimum 1 year fork lift driving experience • Minimum 1 year parcel shipping system experience (UPS/FedEx) • Minimum 1 year inventory management software experience • Minimum 1 year scanning/barcoding experience • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. • Intermediate math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division. • Intermediate computer skills (email word processing etc.) • Must be willing to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods ORD-01 WS-01 WS-TC WS-LC Schedule Shift start: 8:30AM Shift length: 7.5 hours Monday - Friday Benefits Health dental vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan Qualifications Must pass drug screen Can lift 50 lbs Must be at least 18+ years old At least 1-year forklift driving experience is required.
