Job Description

STAFF DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR SUMMARY OF JOB: The Staff Development Coordinator works across Lifecare continuum providing expertise as an educator consultant facilitator and mentor for Lifecare employees. Works in collaboration with the management team and other members of Lifecare in providing orientation in-services and continuing education to ensure that staff is adequately oriented and competent. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: RN BSN preferred. BLS certified. Basic Computer skills in Microsoft. Previous experience in gerontology/rehab nursing. Teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of state and federal regulations. EOE
