Their rapid growth is exciting and they look forward to bringing on new talent to support the business and the team!Job DescriptionPEAK is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and schedule all fleet maintenance and activities to maintain and uphold a safe fleet. This position reports to the VP of Operations and is a regular full time position located in Woburn MA. Occasional travel to the Stoughton MA location is required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOrder and maintain trucksProvide and update data related to all fleet service including maintenance repairs quality and safetyFollow up on Pre-and Post-inspections.Record schedule and update asset information in reference to location status assignment condition and cost accountingInvoice reconciliation and processing to accounts payableEnsure that safety concerns or issues are addressed immediately and within company policiesEffectively communicate fleet repair schedules with internal and external customers management and vendorsProvide Management with information and reports related to costs and history of the fleetClosely work with Dispatch to ensure accuracy and efficiencyMaintain GPS systemMake sure company is Dot ComplianceMonitor accurate reporting on short terms leases and schedule timely returns.Maintain facilities work orders and requests for all locationsAuthorize schedule and determine truck needs for all locations.Contact vendors for repairs and provide dataMaintain accurate fleet logsProcess Insurance claimsEnsure PEAK obtains all necessary licenses and registrationsDevelop methods to increase efficiency and decrease costsQualificationsComputer Skills: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Internet Outlook3+ years of prior experience working in the vehicle or fleet leasing/maintenance/repair/ sales industry and general familiarity with vehicle maintenance terminologyOutstanding customer service abilitiesExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multi taskGeneral knowledge of safety and best practicesGreat math skills a mustMust be able to stand or sit for long periods of timeLift 45 lbs. on occasionExperience with DOT compliance and light fleet repairs a plusAdditional InformationBenefits Include:Base salary plus 10% annual bonusMedical Dental Vision InsurancePaid Sick Time and Paid Vacation Time401k with Company matchCompany-paid Life Insurance and Disability InsurancePEAK Event Services is an EEO employer.
