The responsibility of this position includes matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers data entry and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). If interested contact Jennie Joiner via phone at 541-345-9930 today!How you will make an impactSupport Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit apply cash receipt and help with collection of past due balanceReconcile discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement reconstructing probable actions and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as requiredCode documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codesGeneral accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing other ad hoc projectsPost financial information to journals and ledgersCarry out other related duties and work on special projects as assignedPrepare statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sourcesFile vendor invoices and disbursements and match & file A/P invoices to support accounts payableRequirements - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferredAccurate swift data entry abilitiesAbility to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgroundsPrior knowledge in Spreadsheet and ERP systemFoundational knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP)Strong familiarity with Bank DepositWell-founded grasp of Microsoft ExcelComprehensive knowledge of billingAccount reconciliation experienceProven knowledge of Bill PaymentExpense Reimbursements experience highly desired Robert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
