Work Location: Fully Remote - U.S.Position: The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring the success of existing strategic partnerships as measured by revenue growth renewals & overall satisfaction.Change Healthcare Data Solutions enables licenses data & analytics to solve the most pressing challenges in and around healthcare. Core Responsibilities: Develops an understanding of the business objectives of assigned accounts and how Change Healthcare products and services can meet those objectivesMaintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends sentiment and mining opportunities for deeper engagementLead Monthly/Quarterly Business Review processes with assigned customers/partnersCollaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunitiesRepresent the voice of the customer to provide input into core product marketing and sales processesRequirements: Ideally 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting Customer Success Account Management Business Development or another client-facing role preferably with advanced knowledge of healthcare data and analytics Proven track record in developing relationships & ensuring operational success of data products Deep understanding of the Life Sciences IndustryPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of data licensing workflows data agreements and data governance processes.Experience with large data integrators supporting the Life Sciences industryDeep Life Sciences expertise with a point of view of sub-verticalsData/Analytics expertise & experience in clinical research and commercial studiesExperience with analytics data databases predictive modeling or business intelligence preferredAccount management experience with large corporations in the pharmaceutical medical device or biotech marketsWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements: General office demandsTravel: You will be required to travel 30%. The salary range for Ithaca NY is $96500 - $179100. The salary range for Jersey City NJ is $115800 - $214920.
