Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is hiring multiple Mid-Level and Senior level System & Architecture Development Engineers to join our team in either Everett or Renton WA. Our teams are currently hiring for two experience levels (Level 3 & 4); Mid-Level and Senior Level System Engineers.These positions are with the Boeing Commercial Airplanes - Airplane Level & Engineering Integration organization.  As engineering prepares to develop new airplanes a specific focus on developing new engineering capabilities methods processes and applications has been undertaken.  This team is working in this new space to create models for engineering processes and integrating them with the models that are used to design airplanes production systems and services systems.  Improvements in process performance or product performance are achieved through parallel simulations across the product lifecycle or value stream.  This is an exciting new space requiring creativity and passion for developing and innovating. The successful candidate will have a deep background in an aviation engineering discipline with exposure to product design production or services.  This experience includes systems engineering best practices with requirements development validations and verification.  Background with constraints based modeling of systems and mathematics or probabilistic modeling of physical or dynamic systems.  Leadership experience is preferred where ability to lead teams work across functions and deal with ambiguity is demonstrated.  Understanding of the computing systems behind high-load computation is also helpful.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Hybrid schedule may be available.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a “US Person†as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person†includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree and typically 5 or more years experience in an engineering classification.  Masters degree with typically 3 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.Typical Education/Experience:  Mid-Career (Level 3)Bachelors degree and typically 5 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a Masters degree with typically 3 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.Senior (Level 4)Bachelors degree and typically 9 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a Masters degree with typically 7 or more years experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry.
