Description Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a large manufacturing company that is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager or Controller to join the team. This Accounting Manager/Controller will oversee the financial close and variance analysis as well as report plant results to the corporate office. Primary Responsibilities: Analysis of month end results: P& L and Balance Sheet including variance analysis Produce month end results package for the Plant to present to Senior Management Perform Plant monthly close including Balance Sheet reconciliation and accurate Revenue and Expense oversight Conduct weekly reviews of production order variances to identify unusual variances and report root cause Monitor and work with plant management on Continuous Improvement initiatives and validate savings Provide monthly financial forecasts and analysis Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics to support business requirementRequirements Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a Business-related field required.5+ years in an AccountingERP systems experienceIf you are interested in this position please send your resume thru LinkedIn to Lisa Cole at Robert Half.
